Any runners/hikers/walkers out there? Training for the marathon but slowing down or completely hindered due to pain? Heel pain, hip pain, knee pain?
I have noticed that most so-called “plantar fascitis” and other “itises” are often caused by distant trigger points which can be released in one Physical Therapy session.
